Founder & CEO
With over 15 years of experience, Henry merges programming, AI, and web development with creative direction in multimedia and film. He leads Xperimental Media Lab, developing innovative projects that fuse technology, storytelling, and design, while teaching programming and AI in Spain and pursuing doctoral research focused on artificial intelligence and creative innovation.

Industrial Engineer with over 10 years of experience managing digital transformation projects and process optimization for major companies such as Amazon and Extech Building Materials. She specializes in e-commerce development, CRM implementation, and automation systems, combining technical precision with strategic project leadership to enhance efficiency and innovation across international teams.
Gabriela Chang
Marketing Director & Brand Strategist
Digital marketing strategist and creative director with experience in brand development, communication, and innovation. She has led campaigns focused on market positioning, branding, and audience engagement, collaborating with both private organizations and government institutions. Former government officer in Ecuador, she combines her public sector experience with her current academic background — holding a Master’s in Innovation and Business Management and pursuing a PhD in Business Administration — to design sustainable and data-driven marketing strategies.
Topher Chang
Creative Director
Award-winning creative director and audiovisual artist specializing in 3D animation, VFX, and post-production. With experience in global advertising campaigns for brands such as Panasonic, 3M, and Chevrolet, his work has been recognized at the Cannes Lions Festival and Cóndor Awards. He combines art, technology, and storytelling to create visually impactful and emotionally engaging experiences, leading multidisciplinary teams in innovation, design, and advanced audiovisual production.
Dennis Chang
Creative Director
Graphic designer and visual artist specializing in branding, packaging, and postproduction. With experience in agencies such as Laika and LBrand, he creates visual identities that blend creativity, precision, and storytelling. His work has been recognized with awards at Cannes Lions and the Cóndor de Oro, reflecting his ability to combine artistic vision and design excellence in projects that elevate brands and visual communication.
